In line with our lifetime promise, we guarantee that we will resize any ring within 2 sizes from what you have ordered. If your ring is the wrong size upon receipt of delivery, please contact us via email. In some cases, there may not be a solution if the size ordered is too different from what you need in reality.
Repair
Repairs are available and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, a fee may be incurred.
Returns and exchanges
While we are committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction, we do not offer refunds if you "change your mind." We do not offer exchanges or returns for sale items, custom pieces, or gift cards.
Please note that returns cannot be made through a stockist. Please visit the stockist where the item was purchased and follow their Returns Policy.
Faults
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Variations
Variations in stone colours, overall shape, texture, and finish are normal, as each piece is unique. If you would like your piece to be identical to the photo, please let us know via email.
Customers will be responsible for all postage and re delivery charges for returns & resizing.
